How do I create multiple QR codes at once?

If you need a lot of QR codes for tables, branches, products, events or teams, you should not build them individually. Batch mode saves time, keeps labels neatly together and makes exporting much easier for the printer, team or customer.

Create multiple QR codes now

step by step

  1. Open Mode on the home page Multiple QR.
  2. Insert your content line by line or via CSV.
  3. Assign clean labels, for example Table 1, Cologne branch or product A12.
  4. Check the preview and the scan check.
  5. Export everything as CSV, ZIP or PDF.

Tip: If you want to print later, labels are almost as important as the QR code itself.

When does this particularly make sense?

Batch mode is ideal for restaurants with many tables, businesses with multiple locations, product lines, event signage, team contact cards, or any other situation where many similar but not identical QR codes are needed.

Why batch is better than individual creation

  • Fewer clicks and fewer manual errors
  • Clean file names and clear assignment
  • Better preparation for pressure and team handover
  • CSV, ZIP and PDF in one workflow

What you should consider

Prepare your list properly before exporting. Use short, clear labels and always check one or two codes with your smartphone before printing. Especially with many QR codes, a small sample prevents later trouble.

If you also need individual use cases in addition to the batch flow, these often fit Google Review QR, a WiFi QR code or a PDF QR code good for that.
